What are the check-in / check-out times?
Check-in 14:00–22:00 (staff on duty until 18:00, self check-in after that — please tell us your arrival time). Check-out by 12:00 — just drop your key in the check-out box at reception.
Is there a deposit?
No key or damage deposit. You only pay for the room — cash, bank transfer or PromptPay; details come with your confirmation.
How can I pay?
We accept cash and Thai bank transfer / PromptPay. Details are provided when we confirm your booking.
How do I book directly with you?
Message us on LINE/WhatsApp or use the booking form on this site — we confirm within 24 hours. Since you talk to us personally, check-in times and special requests are easy to arrange. Ask for rates in chat.
Is there parking?
There is no on-site parking. We recommend taxi/Grab, the Gold Line (Khlong San station), or the cross-river ferry to Tha Din Daeng pier.
